How are your caregivers screened?
To ensure that we hire only the best, most compassionate and professional caregivers, we follow a thorough interview and screening system. Initially, caregivers are screened over the phone when they apply for a position. They are asked several questions to ensure they meet the basic requirements for a position with the company. If they pass the initial screening, they are then scheduled for a face-to-face interview. During this interview, they are screened again and background checks are completed. The caregiver is screened once again when they are introduced to a new client, and we closely monitor the caregiver’s relationship to the client on an ongoing basis to ensure that both the client and caregiver are happy. Please contact us if you would like more information.
What kind of training do your caregivers receive?
During our caregiver interview process, we require that each applicant complete an online training course. Additionally, we offer a series of mandatory training sessions that cover a wide variety of topics, including Hoyer lift usage, proper technique for transfers and safety in the home, and more. If you would like more information, please contact us.
