Mark brings a wealth of business and marketing experience to his role as owner of Montebello Home Care. He graduated from Lamar University with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Following his grandmother’s experience with home care, Mark vowed to help others in the Beaumont community gain better access to quality services. Mark brings a genuine love of caring for others to his role and is very hands-on in all aspects of the business, from hiring the right caregivers to ensuring clients are satisfied with their care. In his own words, “This is a business I can see myself being a part of for the rest of my life. I enjoy the interactions I have with the employees, families and referral partners. Most of all I love to hear how our company has helped so many people already.”
Eileen is a career nurse of 42 years. As a child, one of her pastimes was reading her favorite book, Nurse Nancy, and she frequently bandaged neighborhood kittens, puppies and was even known to treat injured frogs, just like Nurse Nancy. At age 19, Eileen entered the medical field as an LVN, later returning to the university to obtain a degree as a registered nurse. Eileen has a genuine love for people and is dedicated to helping those in our community who choose to remain in their homes during their ‘golden years’. Caring for seniors is a personal passion for Eileen, as she also has an elderly parent who prefers to remain in her home where she is able to continue her life in familiar surroundings.
Jacalyn became the alternate administrator for Montebello Home Care in October 2013 to help her son, Montebello Home Care owner, Mark, grow his business. Needless to say, she is very proud of his accomplishments! In her role, Jacalyn assists with maintaining certifications, billing, payroll and long term care insurance. She also enjoys interacting with families and staff. Her care and compassion for the elderly became evident after caring for her own mother for over 20 years, and one of her goals is to help others overcome obstacles. Jacalyn began her nursing career in 1996. She also works in endocrine nursing, and has cared mostly for the diabetic population for over 20 years. She is experienced in educating clients on all aspects of diabetes care, including self-care, nutrition, glucose monitoring, current therapies, and insulin administration.
Debbie has always enjoyed helping people and providing caregiving services to those who need assistance to live safely and independently at home. Being a caregiver gives Debbie a sense of meaning and pride. Her bright smile and infectious laugh bring an enormous amount of joy to our company.
Shannon oversees the scheduling process to ensure our clients are staffed with just the right caregivers at the right times. She loves knowing she’s making a difference in the lives of our clients, their families, and our caregiving staff.
Brittney is the friendly voice you’re likely to hear when calling us. She loves the bond she gets to form with clients, families, and staff through answering phones, assisting with new employee processes, and managing training for all of our caregivers.
